Phenom has won the National HR Excellence Award 2025 (Gold) by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) for Innovative HR Practices on AI-Powered Intelligent Talent Experience Platform (TXM).
International Yoga Day

Medical Camp
Phenom, with OMNI Hospitals, organized a free medical camp at Boddham village, providing consultations, screenings, and medicines to over 250 villagers. Key cases identified included oral cancer, heart issues in children.
Food Donation
At Phenom, we’re committed to creating impact where it matters most. Through our Food Distribution Drives, we aim to support vulnerable communities by providing nutritious meals and essentials.
Beach Cleaning
In collaboration with PhenomCare, Bayireddi Foundation, and Vizag Volunteers Association. Over 100 Phenom employees came together on a mission to clean the Vizag shoreline, dedicating 2 hours to remove plastic waste, discarded fishing nets, and other pollutants.
